  What a great experience. A wonderful group of people and Ben is a superb coach, teaching you correct form and making sure you don't get injured. I like the diversity in the exercises. This is a whole body workout that changes daily so we do not overdevelop a particular muscle group. The only thing repetitive is the structure of the class which is warm up, followed by strength, followed by cardio and end with stretching. I highly recommend it to both locals and visitors.
